In 1998, a young Canadian having a great taste for Indian Chinese Food thought of opening such a restaurant in Mississauga.
The response was fantastic. People come from far and wide just to experience delicious Indian Style Chinese food. After eating they even ordered food to take home. Lot of people who came from U.S.A liked the food so much that some of them requested Bombay Chopsticks to open a franchise of Bombay Chopsticks in Manhattan, New York, Washington and in Los Angeles.
